1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and NC Enterprises LLC, a limited liability company organized in [STATE], operating as Her Freedom Abroad ("Her Freedom Abroad," "we," "us," or "our").
They apply to www.herfreedomabroad.com, our landing and checkout pages, our free resources, our email list, our digital products, our coaching and mentorship programs, our community spaces, and our group trips (together, the "Services").
By using the Services, buying anything from us, or joining a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us or join a program.
2. What we do, and what we are not
Her Freedom Abroad provides education, coaching, and mentorship for women planning an international move and building online income.
Please read this section carefully. It defines the limits of what we provide.
We are not immigration lawyers or advisers. Nothing we provide is legal advice about visas, residency, immigration status, or your right to enter, live, or work in any country. Immigration rules change frequently and vary by nationality and individual circumstance. Before you rely on anything we teach, confirm it with the official government source for your destination or with a qualified immigration professional in that country.
We are not tax advisers or accountants. Nothing we provide is tax advice, including on foreign earned income, self-employment tax, residency for tax purposes, or reporting obligations in your home or destination country. Speak to a qualified cross-border accountant about your own situation.
We are not financial advisers. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, or legal advice.
We are not licensed therapists, counselors, or medical providers. Our coaching may touch on confidence, fear, burnout, and life transitions. That is coaching, not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health or medical professional. If you are experiencing a mental health difficulty, please seek qualified support.
We are not an employer, recruiter, or employment agency. We do not place you in jobs, guarantee employment, or represent you to employers. Any job boards, listings, or resources we share are provided for information only. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party employers or listings.
Employment and remote-work compliance is yours. If you work remotely for an employer while living in or traveling to another country, it is your responsibility to comply with your employment agreement, your employer's policies, and the tax, immigration, and labor laws of every country involved. We do not advise you to work in violation of any agreement or law, and we are not responsible for the consequences if you do.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular outcome.
We cannot and do not guarantee that you will move abroad, obtain a visa, be granted residency, earn income, replace your salary, get clients, get a job, build an audience, or achieve any specific financial or personal result.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, income figures, or client results we share are illustrative of what some people have achieved. They are not typical, not promised, and not a guarantee of what you will achieve. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your circumstances, your market, your effort, your skills, your timing, and the decisions of governments, employers, and clients.
You are solely responsible for the decisions you make, including the decision to leave a job, relocate, spend savings, or start a business.
4. Your account and community conduct
Some Services require an account or access to a community platform. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login, resell your access, or give another person the use of a program you purchased.
In our community spaces and group calls, you agree not to:
Harass, demean, discriminate against, or attack anyone
Share another member's personal story, situation, or information outside the group
Record, screenshot, or distribute calls or community content without our written permission
Promote your own offers, recruit members, or sell to the group without our permission
Post anything unlawful, hateful, or abusive
We may remove content, suspend access, or remove you from a program or community for conduct that breaches these Terms. Where the breach is serious, we may do so without a refund.
Confidentiality goes both ways. What women share inside a program stays inside it. This applies to you as much as to us.
5. Recordings
Group calls, coaching calls, and training sessions may be recorded for the benefit of participants. We will tell you when a call is being recorded. If you do not want to appear on a recording, you may turn off your camera and stay off microphone.
Recordings remain our property. You may access them for your own learning during your program access period. You may not download, share, republish, or distribute them.
6. Payment
Prices are stated at the point of purchase in US dollars unless we say otherwise. You are responsible for any currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, or taxes your own jurisdiction imposes.
Payment plans. Where we offer a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full program price. The plan is a schedule for paying it, not a subscription you can cancel partway through. Each installment is charged automatically on its due date to the payment method you provide, and you authorize those charges.
If a payment fails, we may retry it, and we may suspend your access until the account is current. If a payment remains unpaid for 14 days, we may terminate your access while the balance stays owed. You remain responsible for the full amount.
Deposits. Where a deposit secures your place in a program or on a trip, the deposit confirms your commitment. Unless we say otherwise in writing at the time, deposits are non-refundable.
Chargebacks. If you have a problem, please email us first. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us, on a purchase you received, may result in immediate loss of access, and we reserve the right to recover amounts owed.
7. Refunds
Coaching, mentorship, and group programs
All sales are final. These programs are non-refundable.
No refunds are issued for unused sessions, missed sessions, no-shows, late cancellations, early termination by you, or a change of mind or circumstances.
This policy exists because these programs require us to hold dedicated time, capacity, and energy for you across the full length of the container. From the moment you enroll, that space is yours whether or not you use it.
If something isn't working, tell us. We will adjust, recalibrate, and find a way forward with you.
Where a program comes with a written guarantee, that guarantee is set out in your signed program agreement and takes the form of continued support rather than a refund. It applies only where you have met the participation conditions stated in that agreement.
Payment plans
Choosing a payment plan does not change the total amount owed. If a payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method. If payment is not received within that period, remaining sessions are forfeited and your agreement may be terminated. No refunds are issued for payments already made.
Scheduling and missed sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Two reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice count as a completed session, with no makeup.
No-shows count as a completed session, with no makeup.
Rescheduling the same session three or more times, even with proper notice, forfeits that session.
In a genuine emergency, contact us immediately and we will work something out.
Digital products and self-guided courses
Digital products and self-guided courses may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@herfreedomabroad.com within 14 days of your purchase date and we will refund you.
After 14 days, all sales are final.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, email us first at hello@herfreedomabroad.com and give us the chance to resolve it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on a purchase you received, without contacting us first, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access, forfeiture of remaining sessions or materials, and steps to recover the amounts owed.
8. Intellectual property
All content we create — including our frameworks, methods, curriculum, worksheets, guides, templates, prompts, videos, recordings, emails, and written material — is owned by NC Enterprises LLC and protected by copyright and other laws.
When you purchase or join a program, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that content for your own personal and business development, for as long as your access lasts.
You may not:
Copy, resell, license, or distribute our content
Share it with non-participants, including in other groups or communities
Teach, coach, or train others using our materials, or present our frameworks as your own
Use our content to build a competing program or product
Use our name, brand, or materials in your marketing without written permission
What you create is yours. The work you produce inside a program — your content, your offers, your business — belongs to you.
Testimonials and stories. We will not share your name, story, results, or likeness publicly without your permission. Where you give permission, you may ask us to use a pseudonym.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions about our Services, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Third-party services and links
Our Services reference and integrate third-party tools, platforms, job boards, visa resources, and providers. We do not control them, we do not guarantee their accuracy or availability, and we are not responsible for their content, their conduct, or the agreements you make with them.
Any relationship you enter into with a third party — including a landlord, employer, client, visa agent, insurer, or service provider — is between you and them.
Some links we share may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase. This never changes what we recommend or what you pay.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Services available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Platforms go down, links break, and providers change their systems. We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Services. Where we retire a program you have current access to, we will give you reasonable notice and access to the materials.
Unless we state a specific access period, access to program materials is provided for as long as we reasonably continue to offer that program.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost income, lost savings, lost opportunity, visa refusal, denial of entry, loss of employment, relocation costs, or business losses, arising from your use of the Services or any decision you make in reliance on them.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NC Enterprises LLC, its owner, and anyone working with us, from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law, or your breach of any agreement with a third party, including an employer.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. Ending your use does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in Section 7, and does not cancel amounts owed under a payment plan.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or behave in a way that harms other participants or our business.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, payment obligations, and dispute resolution — continue to apply.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email us at hello@herfreedomabroad.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue. Most problems are solved this way.
If we cannot resolve it, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either of us from seeking urgent injunctive relief where necessary.
16. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific program agreement you sign, are the whole agreement between us. Where a signed program agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement governs for that program.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
Changes. We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the site. Your purchase is governed by the Terms in effect at the time you bought.
Force majeure. We are not liable for failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, border closures, or failures of internet or platform providers.
